Designed for groups, this session offers a variety of breakable items that everyone can take turns smashing in a safe, supportive environment. Whether it’s a tough week at work, team-building, or just a fun way to connect, Group Therapy lets you release tension, laugh, and create memorable moments together. Protective gear and customizable playlists ensure everyone stays safe and energized throughout the session.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign your waiver (if not already done), attend a safety session, and get suited up. Sessions start on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Participants are required to wear close-toed shoes and comfortable, gym-like clothing. We provide coveralls, chest protectors, safety glasses, a welding shield and gloves. Participants must be 18 years of age or older with the exception of 12 years of age and up participating with parent/legal guardian present.

You must bring valid form of Identification and a great attitude!

Different packages have different sized breakables, as listed below:
- Small items: assorted glasses/cups, small plates/electronics, VHS tapes and so on.
- Medium items: bigger plates/glasses/cups, vases, wine/liquor bottles, stereo equipment, DVD Players and so on.
- Large items: computers, printers, wooden chairs, glass table tops, mirrors, end tables, TV’s 32″” and smaller and so on.
- Specialty items: TV’s larger than 32″”, tables.
All items depend on current store inventory.

To cancel or reschedule your session and receive a full refund. You must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. No cancellations or reschedules made on day of your scheduled appointment. No call no shows will not be refunded. If you have an account with us, you may cancel online. Otherwise, you may call us to cancel during our business hours 239-878-4277. Reschedules or cancellations can not be made through emails or voicemail. You must do so with an associate by calling us.

Participants must arrive at Anger Management Rage Room at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session to sign waiver and get suited up. The amount of time listed on the package is the time you have to smash/break stuff in the room. Punctuality is key! Each time slot is booked in advance, so to respect the punctuality of our other customers, arriving late to your session will result in a shorter session.
Walk-ins are allowed only if willing participant(s) come to Anger Management Rage Room and there is not a smash session already in progress or the time slot is booked. We encourage everyone to book online to secure your time slot and have the best experience.
All mobile/filming devices are welcome in the rage room at participant(s) own risk. Anger Management is NOT responsible for any damages to any devices.

Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more before scheduled appointment and will be refunded in full but cancellations made less than 12 hours before set appointment will result in no refund. No reschedules or cancellations are taken through email or voicemail and must speak directly to an employee. No same day cancellations or reschedule. The day of your scheduled appointment you must keep the time slot you booked.
